A Masseria with its early origins in the 13th century, Order of Malta. Surrounded by olive trees, overlooking the Mediterranean towards the East, the Mountains in the West. 2000 m2 built up space in the process of being converted into a private family home. Typical cross vaults define the interior spaces. Ground floor and a mezzanine, originally the depot for food and the primary floor, all different in character, built protectively: Masseria — fortified farmhouse. Additional farm buildings are being turned into bedrooms, apartments, exhibition and mediation spaces, a future spa/ pool is being constructed in the former chicken coop. Under construction.
