This listed structure dates to the 17th century and was in a desperate state of repair. Thus it has been totally gutted, part of the upper floors have been removed to create open views and gallery spaces. The space itself now functions as the visitor reception to the Hall Art Foundation, Derneburg, catering for events and providing flexible art viewing.
